Who we are?
"Swiss Real Estate is worth gold" according to local press. Nowadays, the difficulty to save, the growth of property prices, the strict financing requirements make access to property ownership difficult for most people. So we asked ourselves: "How can we make property investing affordable and available to everyone?"
The solution we came up with: myBrick.ch, a crowdfunding platform that allows anyone in Switzerland to invest reasonable amounts into buy-to-rent properties, become property owners and benefit from rental income.
We are two Swiss entrepreneurs that have over 15 years of professional experience in real estate, tech start-ups and private equity in Switzerland and abroad. We are delighted to provide you with our research and negotiation skills to find the best real estate properties available on the market.
We are at your disposal at all times and look forward to hearing from you soon.
