Residence de la Cour
The Property
Splendid new development located in the town of Courrendlin, 3 minutes away from Delémont (JU). This three-storey building comprises 21 new apartments (6 x 2,5 rooms, 9 x 3,5 rooms and 6 x 4,5 rooms) with storage rooms, 26 underground parking spaces and 9 outdoor spaces. Built on a plot of 2'686 m2, this building offers a total area of construction of 2'113 m2 and enjoys an ecological design. In an effort to reduce fees, emphasis has been placed on robust, low-maintenance construction materials. In particular, insulation of the floor, walls, roofs and the choice of triple-glazing windows allow optimum thermal performance and a reduction in heating costs. The bathrooms and kitchens are also of excellent quality. The developer, a well-known company from Jura, already has more than 25 successful projects in the region. The construction is currently in the final stage of development, expected and agreed to be delivered on the 31st of October 2017.
The Environment
Courrendlin is characterized by its growth developments, thanks to numerous projects, including the Courrendlin Shopping Center (over 7,000m2), which is scheduled to open in August 2018. The development of the Delémont region is also impacted by the arrival of HE-Arc in September 2016. This campus, which welcomes more than 600 students and professors, is a high-level educational training center in the region, particularly in the health sector. The Jura stands out for its know-how in the cutting-edge sectors of watchmaking and precision mechanics.
The canton also hosts large watchmaking groups (Swatch Group, LVMH, Richemont) or other industries, such as the Von Roll foundries or the Wenger cutlery, both located in Delémont. Just 40 minutes from Basel and 30 minutes from Biel, the building enjoys a very quiet location but close to all amenities. The village of Courrendlin has schools ranging from kindergarten, primary to secondary education as well as numerous sports facilities, all within 1km of the A16 motorway junction. This highway project, completed in April 2017, makes Courrendlin the ideal place to enjoy the boom of the Jura.
